Unfortunately very often someone else, but not you, gets what he/she needs. Familiar situation? Read further then. If you are working hard, you certainly deserve career promotion!
Job advancement is your goal, so pay attention to the following advices. Sometimes people do not show their skills and talents, so no one knows what a great employee you are. Don’t be closed, people should know who you really are.
